Writing and artistic creation has never been optional; like eating and breathing, it’s something integral to being alive. Every day, I’m thankful I’ve been lucky enough to make a career from something that brings me so much pleasure.

It wasn’t easy getting my first break into the publishing work. After submitting to over 75 literary agents, I decided to publish my own works.  Fortunately, the process proved to be fairly easy (thank you Amazon), and that was the beginning of the first chapter of my literary life! Since then I have been working hard on getting my webpages up and running, along with finishing the second novel in the current series, and blogging.

I love to experiment with health and beauty products and am a passionate advocate for looking your best at any age.  I am particularly into skin care (potions and lotions!) and cosmetics that don't make you look like a mummy (just sayin').  I enjoy writing reviews to tell you what has worked for me, what exciting new (and old) products I have tried, what I loved and what not so much, and to let you in on the comparisons of various products. AND as if that wasn't enough, painting is a passion recently rediscovered, and I am enjoying all mediums including oils, acrylic, and watercolor creations.  I have been the featured artist in several facilities, and am an active exhibitor in our local Gallery.  I also offer my card creations online through Etsy.
